• Returns are subject to inspection and verification of product condition.
• Original invoice must be presented at the time of return or exchange.

• Exchange is allowed as per prevailing store policy.
• Gold exchange value is calculated based on current market rate.
• Making charges and wastage charges are non-refundable.
• Any deductions applicable will be informed at the time of exchange.

3. Buyback Policy

• We offer buyback options for eligible jewellery purchased from our store.
• Buyback value is based on current gold/silver rate at the time of transaction.
• Deductions may apply depending on product condition and purity verification.

4. Custom Orders

Custom-designed jewellery orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Advance payments for custom orders are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective product due to manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately for inspection and resolution.

6. Hallmark Verification

All eligible gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked. Customers are advised to verify hallmark details at the time of purchase.
